"No, we're not entering into a new money making venture by employing and renting out a platoon of secretaries, but we have been trying to improve service for those who use that dedicated area at the Babmaes end of the Club as an occasional office or a place to relax between meetings. There seems to be a genuine need. You don't need to sit in the open plan area very long without realising the many members are toiling away at the sort of mundane stuff that would be better done by a PA. So we looked around for a solution and found "buy-time"; then we rang up one or two users; then interviewed the Boss; and we are now pretty confident that we've found a solution."
