We offer flexible lifestyle management services for businesses and individuals. Simply hand us your 'to-do' list and we'll take over, whatever the size or nature of the job.

We're happy to work by the hour, by the day, or to create a plan to suit you. There are no joining fees or subscriptions - simply buy time when you need it.

Experience is Everything

Since 2002, we have been managing private lives and providing flexible administrative business support to our clients. Experience can not be rushed, nor can it be bought or replicated. During the past 9 years, we have evolved our service by listening to our customers and we know how best to structure our approach to each individual person, only through experience.

No membership fees

No sign up fees and no subscription fees. Just buy time when you need it. Our fees are designed to suit your requirements; with both fixed arrangements and flexible hourly rates or a bit of both.

Your own dedicated Personal Assistant

Every client is assigned their own lifestyle manager, whether to help with private lives, household management or professional business support. A one on one relationship between you and your assistant is essential to the delivery of an efficient and effective service.

We work anywhere

Although based within London our lifestyle managers are not office bound, they will work wherever you need them to be. Whether you are from Clapham, Islington or Kensington we cover all of London.

We support a large portfolio of clients and work from within clients' homes/offices, or remotely from our offices, combined with being out and about running errands and getting things done. We offer a practical, hands-on solution and take ownership of each task from start to finish, unless otherwise instructed.

Being a good lifestyle manager is no easy job and, as clients, you now benefit from the time we have spent learning since 2002. Over this time, we have developed a strong team of lifestyle managers; the people that step in and take over, knowing how to make a difference to your life. Experience has taught them what to do and where to go to achieve the best results.

We have also spent the years building upon our relationships with the other services that we may need to lean on to complete your tasks. Again, this cannot be rushed and we have learnt a lot along the way.
