buy:time has teamed-up with progressive law firm Prolegal to launch an innovative new legal concierge service.
The service is aimed at City workers and high net worth individuals too busy to set aside time to organise their legal affairs. The new product offers the full range of legal service, from straightforward matters like checking employment contracts to dealing with more complex commercial issues.
The product will sit alongside buy:time’s other service offerings, such as PA, accounting, property management and business support services. Prolegal will be the exclusive provider of legal services.
The service comes with a range of pricing options, from a flexible ‘pay as you go’ hourly rate to a retained service rate and the option to ‘pick and mix’ between the two.
Jonathan West, Head of Family at Prolegal, said “With the legal market changing in response to Legal Services Act reforms, being responsive to the needs of your end user and offering services in a way the client wants to receive them is becoming increasingly important. We are pleased to of teamed-up with buy:time and to be able to offer a new way of delivering legal services which prioritises transparency, flexibility and convenience. This product fits well with the ongoing outlook of Prolegal offering ‘traditional’ high-level legal expertise but without the ‘traditional’abstruse approaches to pricing, billing and customer service.”
Claire Brynteson, Founder of buy:time, said “ We have been seeing an increasing demand from clients using our other concierge services for a suite of flexible legal services. Prolegal were the perfect fit to offer this service with us, possessing high-calibre legal expertise but also a forward-thinking and commercial attitude to doing business and an understanding of delivering consumer-orientated services. This tie-up further expands the range of services buy:time now offers to the City and high net worth market.”
