Dear Claire,
as you might know Liz organized the program and all arrangements for a group of 22 friends visiting me last week from Thursday 20th till Monday 24th. In brief Liz created a once in a lifetime experience for all of us!!
It started from selecting restaurants, hotels, clubs, arranging for all participants individual transfers, coordinating the cars, last minute hotel changes, coordinating with the Claridge's Hotel, arranging BACS payments, booking the cruising boat with a great Jazz band, arranging the sightseeing tour with Jakob who is an excellent good guide, etc etc.
The key to this event was Liz's outstanding attention to details. All 21 guests felt that Liz is taking personal responsibility and that she delivered a very personalized VIP service. Without Liz this weekend would not have been such an amazing experience.
