Egg-citing Easter Suggestions
This Easter Sunday and Monday, Buy Time, courtesy of concierge partners Matrix, invite you to join us with your nearest and dearest for some exclusive Easter fun.

Brunch at Bar Boulud, Mandarin Oriental.

Executive Chef, Dean Yasharian has created a special Easter Holiday Brunch menu that is guaranteed to put a spring in your step. Priced at £45 per person, brunch begins with a glass of champagne upon arrival, a wide selection of starters from the exquisite Brunch Buffet, followed by an entrée and dessert of your choice. Along with the traditional brunch favourites, they will also be serving up some signature Easter dishes created especially for the occasion, such as Gigot d’Agneau à la Provençale (garlic-studded leg of lamb with artichokes, watercress and herbed jus) and Œufs Cocotte à la Forestière (eggs over wild mushrooms, topped with Gruyère and caramelized onions).

The real treat, however, will be Pastry Chef Quentin Giudicelli’s dessert, Chocolate Velvet; A milk chocolate mousse, shaped like an egg, with an orange caramel core, nestled on a bed of mandarin and vanilla coulis, chocolate and citrus sable.

Available from 11am to 3:30pm on Sunday 5th April and Monday 6th April 2015 at Bar Boulud, located at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.

And if this doesn’t take your fancy, how about an Easter egg hunt, to take place at Sketch bar, Mayfair on Easter Sunday?
An afternoon of egg-silliness, tea and cakes! Sketch promise “A tier filled from top to toe with an assortment of treats and sandwiches you’ll want to bite!”
